🔎 Role Overview: Research Manager

The Research Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing research activities under the ESAF Chair. The candidate should be able to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

✔ Writing research proposals
✔ Conducting qualitative & quantitative data analysis
✔ Drafting and editing research manuscripts
✔ Writing reports and meeting minutes
✔ Transcription and documentation
✔ Organizing research events on value-driven businesses

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

📍 Educational Qualifications

✅ Master’s degree in Sociology, Management, Philosophy, or related fields
✅ Prior experience in research & proposal writing is advantageous
✅ Strong interest in ethics, values, and social impact research

📍 Skills & Experience Required

✅ Basic knowledge of research methodologies (qualitative & quantitative)
✅ Experience in writing research proposals & conducting studies
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and qualitative analysis software
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
✅ Age Limit: Preferably under 35 years

🏆 Nature of Appointment

📌 Duration: The position is for one year, with a possibility of extension based on performance.

📌 Location: Selected candidates are expected to join by the first week of May 2025 at Anand, Gujarat.

💰 Salary Details

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of ₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month, based on qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.
